1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using KeeWebs services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

KeeWebs provides digital agency services including but not limited to web development, digital marketing, graphic design, mobile app development, and software solutions. The specific scope of services for each engagement is defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all agreed fees, clients receive full ownership of the deliverables created specifically for their project. KeeWebs retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon in individual project contracts. Standard terms require a deposit before project commencement. Late payments may result in project suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

KeeWebs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved through mutual agreement or, if necessary, through the appropriate legal channels in Bangladesh.
